Yes your read it right, one there is one simple activity that you can add into your life that will get you very much healthier and better yet more mindful..am talking about deep breathing. Ok, it sounds a little crazy but the power of your breath cannot be underestimated .Over the years, my love for yoga and meditation has grown strongly and deep breathing being a key tenet of both ancient practices, I had to research more on why it was being emphasized so much and the benefits just seem endless.
We live in stressful times of traffic jams, weaves with maggots and quailluminati LOL But seriously we are living in more stressful times perhaps more than our ancestors and this just taking a deep breath can help you relax and breeze calmly past even the most stressful situations you can imagine.
Deep breathing is also great for easing tension and building confidence and this I can speak from experience. I always do some meditation before making a presentation, which entails a lot of deep breathing for instance last year when I was doing a cooking demonstration at the health festival…I have to admit, moment before leaving the house I was as nervous as a whore in church, but after a 5 minutes of deep breath meditation, I did not feel an aorta of tension in my body for the rest of the day, regardless of the fact that most of the 30 or so participants were young ladies ;-).
80-90% of diseases are caused by stress so if you simply lower the stress, you will lower your chances of throwing away your life savings to the hospital.
