More Benefits of Yoga


Yoga is simply amazing, it has very many benefits, it is easy to do at home and basically cheap as you only need a yoga mat or you can also practice it on your carpet.
My favorite poses usually have a twist which helps to massage internal organs and it just makes you feel great
Great for stretching the body and mind after that amazing morning workout in the rain.
Yoga also helps me be calm and more focussed on my work. It lowers stress and releases those endorphins (feel-good hormones).
