Homemade Cheese Recipe Using Yogurt Cultures

Cheese is expensive and after making this you will see why.

Homemade tastes better and is cheaper to make. It does not melt 100% completely, more like Great for pizza, sandwiches, burgers, salads and you can use the whey (excess liquid) in smoothies.
-Gently heat whole full-fat milk, 500 ml, and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, when the milk is warm, add 3 tablespoons of white vinegar and stir until the curds form. Turn off the heat.
-Sieve the curds out, add 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt for the good bacteria will help develop the cheese. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and let it hang on the sieve for about 6-8 hours, then put it in the fridge for about 2 days and consume within 2 weeks. Yum.
