Coffee is the seed of a fruit tree so it is paleo and can be consumed in a healthy fashion – in moderation alongside healthier foods. I take it like twice a week, just one cup which feels amazing.


Making it at home is the best. You will need AA grade, whole beans, medium roast.


Put hot water in a flask, preferably about 30 minutes prior. Bring some water to boil, crush the coffee beans, medium grind, place them in a kitchen towel as a sieve and place that on the mouth of the flask.

Pour the hot water slowly over the coffee, add brown sugar only and enjoy.
