Premium yoghurt brands that are flavoured are insanely popular right now. It is almost impossible to get them because they fly off the shelves super fast. You can also make them at home, it is very easy.

  1. Heat 1/2 cup of brown sugar with 1/2 cup of water, medium-low heat, stir until sugar is dissolved, cool it down.
  2.  Sweeten the plain yoghurt with the syrup, use your taste buds to gauge, you want it sweet and sour.
  3. Add chopped fresh mint, berries, you can even use bananas, peanuts, chia seeds.
  4. COnsume immediately, refrigerate or freeze to make a frozen yoghurt that almost has the consistency of ice cream
