Juicing is the best way to get a plethora of nutrients into your system without the calories of regular food. Juicing has become so very popular around the world and here in Nairobi, you can get very many places who sell or better yet, make it at home.
- Buy a good juicer, like Ramtons from an authorised dealer like a big supermarket. I got mine from Jumia (online store).
- Use different types of vegetables and a little fruit. The more variety, the better the taste. Buy anything that is in season. It will be more affordable and it will also have more nutrients.
- Have an open mind. This is medicine, the worse the taste, the healthier you will be. And it is only a few glasses, then you can get back to your normal healthy foods and drinks 🙂
