Juicing is the healthiest thing you can do, especially anything with beetroot. My eyes were very sensitive to light but after I started drinking this juice every day, they have been improving massively.

I use a Ramtons Juicer, not blender. This is made with 2 medium beetroot, 5 small carrots, 1 cucumber, 2 thorn melons, 2 slices of watermelon. Sometimes I add broccoli or traditional vegetables like terere. So healthy and the taste is decent. You can add pawpaw and pineapple to sweeten.
