Breakfast is the most important meal. If I don’t eat a substantial breakfast, I feel lethargic and moody, that is why I never leave the house without a good meal nowadays.

This is just boiled githeri I had in the fridge, I cooked the veggies and rice in the morning, which take little time and the avocado was ripening slowly in the house.

This food is great for energy, weight loss and sexual performance too. You know how, that is a big issue now in Kenya, on top of the low sperm count. Drinking this juice also helps with that.
