Sprouts are one of my favourite healthy things. The taste is great as well as the benefits. Germination essentially wakes up the nutrients and it also neutralises the phytic acid in the legumes that cause the acidity and gas. If you have issues with beans, sprouting is your solution.

On top of that, they cook faster and can be used raw in a salad, smoothie or juice, after fully sprouted. These are lentil sprouts and mung bean sprouts. 

These new bags from supermarkets are just perfect for sprouting. Simply hang them beans inside them, after soaking them overnight. Rince twice a day, leave them hanging.
