Sprouting is one of the healthiest things you can do. I learned it many years ago from this lady who is like 74 years old but looks 40. I don’t need more convincing.

 

 

Sprouts are very tasty and contain so much more nutrition than regular seeds/grains. They also have 100 times more enzymes which help your body to absorb vitamins and minerals from food.

I just sprouted some njahi by soaking the overnight and hanging them in a nonwoven bag, rinsing twice a day.  They sprouted in a like 3 days.
