This is a very refreshing drink and healthy when taken in moderation. If you use lemons, it becomes lemonade.
- Make a syrup by heating 1/2 cup of brown sugar with 1/2 cup of water, low heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved, add fresh mint leaves, cool it down.
- Squeeze the limes, throw the rind in there, mix with the syrup, ice cubes and some water, taste to find that balance between sweet and sour.
