This is a very refreshing drink and healthy when taken in moderation. If you use lemons, it becomes lemonade.

  1. Make a syrup by heating 1/2 cup of brown sugar with 1/2 cup of water, low heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved, add fresh mint leaves, cool it down.
  2. Squeeze the limes, throw the rind in there, mix with the syrup, ice cubes and some water, taste to find that balance between sweet and sour.
