Sprouts are one of the healthiest superfoods to eat and the best thing is that you can easily grow them at home. There are many ways but this one I used germinated the seeds faster.

  1. Soak the ndengu overnight
  2. Drain the water and leave the ndengu in a jug in the kitchen. Where there is not too much light.
  3. Rinse and drain every day, for about 4-7 days.
