Animal fat is healthier than processed oil, but of course, you have to use in moderation. I got this from a ribeye steak that I am currently dry-ageing, This was 8 days old when I used it to make the fat. it intensifies the flavour, but you don’t have to age, you can just melt the fat from a fresh piece of cow.

Simply add the fat pieces in a cold pot/pan, heat on low flame, for about 10 – 15 minutes, while turning. Cool it down and use the fat to cook veggies and meats.
